Is it worth visiting Orlando’s theme parks if you’re there without kids?

I’d say definitely go.  After a short while, even the most cynical and sceptical person gets a grin on their face.  We were at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure on a weekday and there were hardly any kids around.  However this didn’t stop the adults from having a great time.  From dressing up in their Harry Potter robes to queuing for the Minions 3D simulator ride – there were excited faces and lots of laughter.
The evening entertainment in City Walk becomes more adult – a few hours in Rising Star is a must for anyone to show off their singing abilities or lack of them.  The band (not backing tapes) are fantastic and make even the worst or nervous performers seem like seasoned pros with a string of number one hits.
Don’t let a lack of children put you off going!
