We’re overdosing on royalty this month with the Coronation and lots of talk about the Royal Family in May. Time to look at holidays with a “Royal” theme!
Visit Las Vegas and stay at the Excalibur Hotel – Tournament of Kings is Las Vegas’ ultimate dinner and a show experience. 
Adapted from the tale of King Arthur, this live-action production takes place in a 900-seat theatre-in-the-round arena and immerses the audience in a tale of valour and treachery.
Obviously, any cruise on a Royal Caribbean ship will bring you entertainment, good food and great destinations.
The Moon Palace in Mexico is one of the top hotels along the Caribbean coast. It’s a big resort with over 2000 rooms and suites, each with a whirlpool tub. Plus more activities than you could ever do in a 2 week holiday!
There are lots of 5 star resorts in the Med with “palace” in their names – all will treat you like royalty. The Stella Palace Resort in Crete, the Electra Palace in Athens, the Palace Hotel in Malta are just some of the hotels that have a palatial theme.
Or you could stay in a French chateau – each is individual, so you’d stay in a room that won’t be repeated in any other chateau. India is home to lots of palaces, some of which have been converted to hotels. Many were originally owned by Indian princes and maharajas.
